Course Overview:
GPRS (General Packet Radio Services) represent the so called 2.5 G Mobile Generation. GPRS is the first Packet Switching technology in the cellular world. It’s also the first technology allowing mobile operators to add Internet services to there traditional voice unique service. This course will describe clearly and simply both the technical part of GPRS including the infrastructure, addressing and protocols and the implication of this new technology on the internet services and on the handsets.

Who should attend?
Targeted to both technical staff of mobile manufacturers/vendors of cellular wide range equipment and of Mobile Operators.
This course is also targeted for pre and post sale people who want to understand clearly this important new area.

Prerequisities:
