Terms of Use

Pilat of the Hi Capital Group Ltd., an Israeli company, including the companies within the Pilat Group (hereinafter referred to as the “Group”), which includes: Smartboost Ltd., Logtel Computer Communications Ltd., Smart Financial Empowerment Center Ltd., S.M.A.R.T Strategic Management (2021) Ltd., Momentum Group – Training, Consulting and Mentoring Ltd., New Media B.Z (2011) Ltd., JoinMe Ltd., The Israeli Salary Center (M.R) Ltd. (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Company”), engages in various fields of human capital, including professional courses, financial consulting for families, strategic consulting, consulting on equal pay, as well as candidate assessment, recruitment, and hiring. Some of these services are performed using artificial intelligence software developed by Iverse Human Avatar Ltd., a company within the Pilat Group (the “Software”), designed to assess the suitability of candidates for specific positions, whether as part of a recruitment process for an employer-client of ours (the “Employer”) or for personal candidate self-assessment.

Through the Software, a candidate is interviewed by a virtual avatar, and the Software analyzes the interview and provides insights on the candidate’s suitability for the position (the “Services”). These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services. Our Privacy Policy, published on our website, governs the collection, processing, and transfer of personal information (as defined in the Privacy Policy).

The terms “you” and “your” apply to any candidate using the Services, including any representative of an Employer. If you represent a legal entity, these terms will also apply to that legal entity. For any inquiries regarding these Terms, please contact: sales@logtel.com.


Acceptance of Terms

Please read these Terms carefully. By clicking “I Accept,” you acknowledge your agreement to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. Subject to applicable law, the Company reserves the right to update these Terms at its sole discretion from time to time. Updates shall take effect as of the date of publication in the Software. If you do not agree to these Terms, in whole or in part, you may not use the Services, and you shall have no claims against the Company.

Your use of the Services is subject to the validity and conditions of our agreement with the Employer (the “Employer Agreement”). If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Employer Agreement, the Employer Agreement shall prevail.


Use of the Services

  1. Permitted Use – Access and use of the Services are allowed only for your professional and/or internal use, not for commercial exploitation, unless explicitly approved in writing by the Company.

  2. Course Participants – When registering for courses offered by the Group, you may be required to provide personal information and/or create a password-protected account.

  3. Financial Consulting – When receiving financial consulting, you may be required to provide sensitive economic information via dedicated Company software. If you provide such information outside of the secure system, the Company shall bear no responsibility for data security.

  4. Candidates – If you apply for a job, you may undergo a virtual interview conducted entirely by the Software via an avatar. Employers share your contact details with us, and we send you an email invitation link. Your interview is recorded and transcribed; the Software then analyzes it using AI and produces an evaluation of your professional skills and traits, which is shared with the Employer. The Employer retains sole discretion regarding your hiring.

  5. Employers – Employers receive login details to access the Services, can customize them with their branding, upload information, and manage candidate interviews. The Company may analyze candidate recordings and transcripts for internal purposes.


Additional Provisions

  • Reports – Employers receive reports on candidate suitability. Employers must treat reports as strictly confidential and are solely responsible for safeguarding them.

  • Employer Responsibility – Employers are fully responsible for responding to candidate inquiries regarding their evaluation results.

  • Legal Entity Representatives – By agreeing, you confirm your legal authority to bind the organization you represent.


Accounts

  • Users may be required to create an account, providing accurate and up-to-date details.

  • Organizational accounts may be managed by an appointed “Administrator,” who can add and manage sub-users.

  • The Company may refuse account creation at its discretion. You are solely responsible for your account security and must notify the Company immediately of unauthorized access.


Suspension and Termination

  • User Request – You may terminate your account at any time by emailing sales@logtel.com.

  • By the Company – The Company may suspend or terminate your account with 3 days’ notice, or immediately in cases of fraud, abuse, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms.


Fees

  • You agree to pay the fees agreed upon (including VAT and applicable taxes) as specified in the Employer Agreement. Payments are processed via third-party payment processors, and the Company shall not be liable for issues arising from such processors.


Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the Software.

  • Circumvent security measures.

  • Use automated tools to extract data.

  • Impersonate others or provide false information.

  • Collect or misuse personal data of others.


Content

  • “Content” includes any documents, videos, resumes, avatars, and other materials.

  • “User Content” includes materials you upload (logos, job descriptions, resumes, etc.).

  • You remain the sole owner of your User Content but grant the Company a perpetual, transferable, royalty-free license to use it for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.


Intellectual Property

  • The Software, Services, and all underlying IP are the sole property of the Company or licensed third parties.

  • No rights are granted except as expressly stated.


Disclaimer of Liability

  • Services are provided “AS IS.”

  • The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, availability, or suitability.

  • Hiring decisions remain solely with the Employer. The Company bears no responsibility for outcomes of recruitment processes or financial consulting.

  • Liability of the Company shall in no event exceed 200 NIS in aggregate.


Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its representatives from any claim, damage, or expense resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.


Miscellaneous

  • Third-Party Links – The Services may contain links to third-party websites. The Company is not responsible for their content or practices.

  • Force Majeure – Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics).

  • Notices – Notices may be delivered by courier, registered mail, or email.

  • Governing Law – These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. Jurisdiction shall rest solely with competent courts in Israel.

  • Assignment – The Company may assign its rights under these Terms; you may not.

  • Entire Agreement – These Terms constitute the full agreement between the parties and supersede prior arrangements.
