The purpose of this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) is to explain the Company’s procedures regarding personal information (as defined below) collected during recruitment and assessment processes for a position in our company and/or your use of our software and services (as defined below), and how the Company collects, uses, transfers, and protects such personal information within the scope of providing the services.
Some Group companies use our artificial intelligence software (the “Software”), designed to assess the suitability of a candidate for a specific position during a recruitment process for an employer who is our client (the “Employer”). Through the Software, candidates are interviewed by a virtual avatar, and the Software analyzes the interview to draw conclusions about the candidate’s suitability for the position (the services together with the Software, the “Services”). To use the Software, you will be asked to accept the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the Services. Definitions

“Services” are the Group’s services provided by any of its companies, including: recruitment, assessment, and candidate selection for positions on behalf of an Employer or privately, financial consulting, course registration, strategic consulting, and consulting for public authorities and organizations.
Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on your use of the Services and may include:
1. Website Visitors

Contact requests/queries: When you contact us with a request or question, or register for a course or recruitment process, we may record the communication and any information you voluntarily provide (e.g., name, country, CV, company represented, phone, email, and request details).

Automatic information: Device/computer data including browser, OS, IP address, and mobile Device ID, as well as usage data.
2. Employer-Side Users

Registration/Login: When registering, you may be required to provide personal information such as name, email address, CV, and requested course. Additional information regarding employment history or personal details may also be collected.

Uploaded materials: Any content you upload into the Software (e.g., candidate names, ID numbers, job openings, resumes).

3. Artificial Intelligence Interviews
If you are interviewed via the Software, your video recordings and transcripts are processed using AI algorithms to evaluate your suitability for a role. The analysis is provided only to the Employer and does not independently determine hiring outcomes. Recordings and transcripts may also be used to improve the algorithms, enhance the Services, and develop new products.
How We Use the Information
By providing your information, you consent that the Company may store, process, and use it for purposes including:
